For over a century, FASTENRATH has focused on the development and manufacture of high-quality fastening solutions. Our broad product range includes a wide variety of customised metal parts and assemblies used worldwide in demanding industries such as the automotive sector. Whether complex nuts, specialised fastening solutions with internal or external threads, high-precision cold-formed parts or complete assemblies: each of our products is manufactured with the utmost care and using state-of-the-art production technologies to meet our customers’ specific requirements.

Since 1975, we have been developing and manufacturing cold-forged parts made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and specialty materials. Each year, approximately 100 million parts leave our facility, with a total weight of around 4,500 tons.

Our modern cold forming presses meet the highest quality standards and, in line with the “near-net-shape” concept, require minimal use of raw materials, thereby enabling significant cost savings compared to traditional turned part manufacturing. However, we never compromise on quality.

Fastenrath offers a wide range of weld nuts, flange nuts, lock nuts, hex nuts, square nuts, and cap nuts made of steel, stainless steel, or non-ferrous metals—available in virtually all thread types and sizes, as well as various surface finishes.

We are also happy to manufacture custom nuts for you, such as combination nuts, press-fit nuts, rivet nuts, flanged nuts, round nuts, and square nuts.

Twinfast

With twin-FAST, cold-formed fasteners can be permanently secured in sheet metal or plastic components—regardless of their geometry and thickness—and, if desired, made watertight. The process supports both internal and external threads and can be used with fasteners made of steel or aluminum.

As a result, twin-FAST offers a technically reliable and cost-effective alternative to conventional welded joints.
