Intelligent feeding and preparation

In order to ensure a stable and repeatable joining process, the washers are reliably separated and fed in advance. Our solutions are deliberately structured and focused on what matters most – ensuring reliable process stability while keeping set-up costs low. Flexible system concepts also allow rapid adaptation to differing requirements and batch sizes.

The processes are overseen by qualified personnel who continuously monitor operations. Joining on the riveting machine
Nuts and washers are precisely joined together on our riveting machine. In this way, two individual parts are combined to form a stable, ready-to-install unit – reproducibly and reliably. The process is designed to deliver consistent results in series production and ensure the functionality of the assembly when it is subsequently installed.
