Cold-forged parts
Our modern cold-forming presses meet the highest quality demands, minimise raw material consumption via the “near net shape” approach, and thereby achieve significant cost savings versus classical turned part manufacturing. When it comes to quality, however, we spare no expense – quite the contrary: the automotive industry uses our high quality precision parts for, among other things, the reliable fastening of seats and seat belts, as well as safety-related parts in the suspension and the engine compartment.
Hollow cold-forged parts with flanges
Select from a wide range of parts with centred or single-sided flanges as well as hollow cold-forged, round, offset, or profiled blind holes and/or through-holes bored into the shafts.
Along with this, we offer you flanged hollow cold-forged parts with symmetrically or asymmetrically ground off flanges in a wide variety of shapes and also with hollow cold-forged, round, offset or profiled blind holes and/or through-holes bored into the shafts.
